A life-changing book  |
|
I read this book several years ago and completely changed the way I approached life as a result. Roy Walford sets out a blueprint to allow you to plan to live to well over 100. I found the recipes complicated and unappetising but the rest of the book is quite amazing. Read it slowly to get the maximum from it. Consider the logic of his argument and then put it all into practice. My health and that of my husband has never been better and I think this is because of the changes we have put into effect after reading the book.

Being a confirmed anti-wrinkle cream user for many years, it is refreshing to find a book that confirms honestly that I have not completely been wasting my time and money. Excellent to find a review of such a wide range of products on the market.

"Yes" was the reply, from my new Synergy 2150 digital cordless phone. Having used an old BT analogue phone and ran the less than adequate battery into the ground, I was bought this lovely silver gadget as a gift. It is fab. Crystal clear sound, superb range away from the base unit (I can go out of the house, down the street to my car at the very least!)and small enough to sit anywhere including my back pocket when I walk around the house. Good features such as internal phone book and speaker phone are suprisingly useful too. Battery life post charge is around a week after normal usage. In short, a great buy if you want to actually hear what the other person is saying and not likely to die on you in the middle of ordering your pizza.
